TTnH have no objection to the bendy bus being moved back and a further suggestion to allow Taxi Permit Holders operate on the inside lane of T2, and the DAA are considering this option.

2 - Service Levels / Passenger Experience
It was suggested by the DAA that taxis were unavailable at certain times in the airport. This was not accepted by TTnH reps who requested the times dates, how long the waiting time was and the work record of the tags in operation during these supposed dates.

3 - Toilets
The current toilet facilities are unacceptable to TTnH members. It was suggested that two more portaloos have been placed in mondello; however the cleaning cycle remains the same once a week every Wednesday. The ladies toilet was addressed and a coded lock has been put in place and is in working order. An audit is being carried out on the cleaning of toilets.

4 - Taxi Emergency Number
The DAA have stated the emergency number is not being used in a proper manner, The reps have reported the phone is not answered at times and recently when the board in the kesh went down the person said they were too busy with issues. This will be addressed by the DAA and the emergency number remains the same.

5 - Permit ID and Audit Report
The DAA have said figures were up by 7% for September.

7 - Short Fares

8 - AOB - Any Other Business
It was brought to the DAA's attention the number of permits for rent on done deal and the ads were shown to staff. TTnH reported this practice is unacceptable and asked for permits to be revoked as they are non-transferable. It was suggested that car park info boards be used to advertise taxis needed at Dublin airport and it was also suggested that the DAA text TTnH, when cars are needed and they will contact their members. The response time and reference numbers for appeals was also discussed and a three day period for a response is to be considered with a decision within ten working days. The DAA have stated they will give a response at the meetings in two weeks’ time. Snatching at both T2 and T1 at times has been reported to dispatchers whose response was it is not their job, Ivor has stated notice will be posted reminding dispatchers it is their job at both terminals.
